Hand Pressed Lamb & Mint Burger

All our lamb burgers are freshly made with English lamb minced and blended with our own seasoning and flavoured with garden mint to produce a juicy, succulent eating experience.

Our lamb is carefully selected from our preferred local farmers, who sell through Salisbury livestock market.  This ensures food miles are kept to a minimum and we can maintain full traceability and provenance of the lamb that we supply.
