Traditional butcher's Chicken Supreme with the skin on and wing bone retained.  Carefully butchered for consistent size and quality and supplied from 'Red tractor' Assured Food Standard suppliers that know how to produce great chicken that is naturally moist, very lean and really tastes like chicken should do.

Widely used by top chefs, in preference to chicken fillets, as chicken cooked on the bone has a rich flavour and the skin adds texture, whilst also preventing the meat from drying out during cooking.
