More amazing chicken thighs from Big Al!

Alex (aka Big Al’s Garden Kitchen) has been at it again - taking the humble chicken thigh and transporting us to the Middle East with his version of Chicken Shawarma.

This time he’s taken our boneless, skinless chicken thighs, coated them in Shawarma rub and cooked them directly over the heat of the BBQ.

Served with salads, flatbreads and houmous this dish really does make the mouth water.
