Alex isn’t winging it!

Alex could never be accused of winging it with his wonderful culinary creations. This time Alex (aka Big Al’s Garden Kitchen) has taken a batch of Forest Edge Meats generously sized chicken wings and created a hit.

 These bad boys are family friendly too, being served with a sauce made of honey and mustard with just a hint of paprika.

 Coated in baking powder the wings are cooked for an hour on lump wood charcoal. The result is extra crispy wings which are then slathered with the honey sauce.

 Finally, the wings are served with a lemon and tarragon aioli for the dippin’ and some chillies for munching if you’re feeling brave!
