Our turkey escalope steaks are cut from the breast of the turkey and trimmed of all excess skin, gristle and fat. They're great for a quick meal - just marinate, place on a hot griddle, or pan, and cook until all the juices run clear. Allow the meat to rest after cooking for a tender, tasty meal.

Turkey is traditionally known as being very lean and ours is of course no exception. Turkey breast actually has an even lower fat content than chicken so is ideal for those who are managing their diet carefully.
