The T-bone steakis considered one of the highest quality gourmet steaks due to their large size and the fact that they contain two of the most prized cuts of beef - the sirloin and the fillet. They are easy to cook since the T bone in the middle conducts heat within the meat, resulting in even cooking and preventing the meat from drying out.
Our beef is from predominantly grass fed cattle, naturally raised on farms recognised for high standards of animal welfare. Your order is prepared here in The New Forest and delivered to your door fresh, so you can choose between freezing or consuming within a few days.
