Our British Pork Tenderloin (otherwise know as Pork Fillet) is subtly sweet and the leanest pork cut available.

Ideal for quick cooking, but be careful - because of its very low fat content this cut can dry out quickly if over-cooked.

Our pork tenderloins come from pigs reared on Farm Assured farms, where the pigs welfare is of paramount importance and farmers have demonstrated high standards of stockmanship.  Only small numbers of animals are processed at a time to maintain highest animal welfare standards.
