Diced Leg Of Lamb

English leg of lamb carefully diced so that the meat retains sufficient fat to ensure it doesn't dry out during cooking.  Great in warming curries, stews and tagines and perfect for barbecuing as kebabs when the sun decides to shine.

Our lamb is carefully selected from our preferred local farmers, who sell through Salisbury livestock market.  This ensures food miles are kept to a minimum and we can maintain full traceability and provenance of the lamb that we supply.
