Regarded by many as the finest beef joint for roasting, our beef sirloin joints are matured for 31+ days.  Our beef is from predominantly grass-fed cattle, naturally raised on farms recognised for their high standards of animal welfare.

Sirloin is right next to the fillet in terms of tenderness, but has a deeper flavour.  The meat is lightly marbled and a thin strip of fat is left on top, which melts during roasting, and thus prevents the meat from drying out during the cooking process.
