Lean, thick cut, boneless, fresh pork steaks chosen for depth of flavour and consistent texture. Cut from the loin, the meat is tender and juicy.
Exceptionally versatile and both quick and easy to cook they are best pan-fried or baked in the oven. We suggest pan searing them first to create a caramelised crust, before transferring to a hot oven for 8 minutes. Rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
