Topside of Beef
Sourced from grass fed herds to ensure only the best flavour, our topsides are aged for at least 21 days and are characteristically lean and tender, so lend themselves really well to roasting. As topside doesn’t have a lot of fat marbling within the meat, we secure a layer of fat to each joint which bastes the meat to maintain moisture and lock in the flavour during cooking.
Our beef is from cattle naturally raised on farms recognised for high standards of animal welfare. Your order is prepared here in The New Forest and delivered to your door fresh, so you can choose between freezing or consuming within a few days.
