All of our sirloin steaks are matured for at least 21 days, to enhance flavour and tenderness, and cut to order by our team of fully trained butchers. Cut from the striploin, the meat is lightly marbled with a thin strip of fat left on to add additional flavour and prevent the meat from drying out.
