All our sirloin steaks are matured for at least 21 days, to enhance flavour and tenderness, and cut to order by our team of fully trained butchers. Cut from the striploin, the meat is lightly marbled with a thin strip of fat left on to add additional flavour and prevent the meat from drying out.
Sirloin steak is easy to cook, whether rare, medium or well done, and looks very good on the plate. Also available in larger 8oz size.
Our English beef is fromcattle naturally reared on farms recognised for high standards of animal welfare. Steaks are delivered to your door fresh, so you can choose between freezing or consuming within a few days.
